No wait! Come back. I’m not talking about some Harry Potter wizard bullshit with the hat and the wands and the awkward British homoeroticism. Don’t get me wrong, that would be cool, but I’m talking about dating someone with the ability to “magic” their way into being right every single time. That kind of incredible sleight-of-hand arguing that makes you feel invincibly right for a second, then slightly unsure and then all of a sudden you find yourself apologizing for emptying the trash and it isn’t until later you’re like “What the fuck? How did that happen? Did she take my shoes?”

I’m not a pushover and I’m not exactly gullible, but shit, this girl could’ve made me feel bad for remembering her birthday. She was like Marlon Brando in Apocalypse Now. Some gibberish about a snail crawling on the edge of a knife and all of a sudden I’m going off the map, selling my house and trying to convince Martin Sheen that she’s the end-all-be-all of girlfriends.

Stuff like-

“Hey, what the fuck? Why were you dancing up on that other dude?”

“Because I was mad at you. I got all dressed up and you barely said I looked nice.”

“Omigosh, I’m so sorry. That makes total sense. Please forgive me.”

My roof just broke in half. And I don’t have enough dough to make a new one. Taping it up with royal icing better work.

This will be the biggest gingerbread house I’ve ever made. I accomplished a lot today with the limited time that I had. Tomorrow’s to do list includes: making cream cheese frosting, making royal icing, decorating walls/roof, & making almond snowball cookies. AND we’re going to prepare fresh guacamole at the party.

One step closer. I need to find money for school…like ASAP!! On top of that, one of my good friends is going to open up his new dessert shop in Chicago in March. Just had a phone conversation with him regarding selling my pastries at his shop.

So, the huge problem is finances. I’m really thinking of taking out my 401K so I can pay for culinary school. Advice?

you’re probably my third favorite month of the year [october being first & may being the second]. But it seems you’re trying to kill me. I’ve been good not spending too much money. I’ve been better motivating myself to work out. I also am getting closer to my dream of becoming a pastry chef. But can you please try to not kill me on the weekends? I stopped going out as much because my body was starting to break down. But…that doesn’t mean I can just not sleep on Saturday nights & study for a test/drive to Wisconsin the next day. I’ve officially gotten to the point where I am in a constant state of some type of (what it seems to be) a constant state of euphoria…

December, you need to take better care of me. Next 3 weekends are going to be a shit show. wOw that is me.

Since I switched to becoming pescatarian in June, I haven’t eaten fast food except for these instances:

I was craving hashbrowns & egg mcmuffin from McDonald’s one morning before work. Ate it & then vomited it all 30 minutes later. (circa a month ago)
It was 1:30AM in Wrigleyville….there’s not really any options for late night foods that is “fast”. A friend & i decided to get some nachos & burritos via taco bell. And now my stomach is unsettling…(last night)

NEVER AGAIN. I’m not going to eat fast food ever again.

This guy just bruised my nipple.
